Joshua L. Versoza, Esq., has been a staunch advocate for persons injured in motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, bus accident, and injuries on property, and has amassed millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. Mr. Versoza takes a personal approach when interacting with his clients, with the empathy and understanding that no two cases are the same.
Mr. Versoza’s passion to advocate and problem solve extends outside of the walls of the offices of Liakas Law, P.C. and into the pro bono arena, where he is an active volunteer in the Asian American Bar Association’s pro bono clinic. Such issues that he has helped resolve range from landlord tenant to fraud, for persons who are most in need of legal counsel but lack the financial wherewithal to avail themselves of such services.
Mr. Versoza is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts in Federal Court 2nd Circuit. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He began his legal career with a post graduate fellowship with the New York City Transit Authority in their civil liability division.
