Leopold Raic, Esq., is an associate at Liakas Law, P.C. who practices in the Personal Injury Group representing clients who have been injured in accidents such as motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, and premises cases involving slip and falls. Before joining Liakas Law, P.C., Leopold developed a diversified background in employment discrimination, wage and hour, landlord/tenant, and other litigation. Leopold also has experience as a defense attorney representing insurance defense companies in claims regarding property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and bodily injury cases.
Focusing his practice at Liakas Law, P.C., exclusively on unyielding advocacy for those who were injured because of the negligence of others, Mr. Raic is known as a very aggressive litigator and for his motion practice and arguing appeals before the Appellate Division.
