Jonathan M. Turnbaugh is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice on advocating for workers who are seriously injured in construction accidents. Jonathan brings a wealth of experience in all stages of litigation. In addition, he utilizes his talent for research and writing by drafting and arguing substantive motions. Having spent the first ten years of his career on the defense side representing medical centers and health systems, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in an array of complex, high exposure medical liability actions, as well as defending individuals, businesses, and municipal entities in general liability, premises liability, and labor law matters, Jonathan has the unique perspective of understanding defense strategies and case evaluation.
