Gregory A. Nahas has been a tort and commercial litigator engaged in a diverse spectrum of practice areas for over twenty-five years. Greg has litigated cases to conclusion in both jury and bench trials in state and federal tribunals, including the United States Department of Labor. He has likewise engaged in arbitrations, mediations, and other avenues of alternative dispute resolution when such forums are case appropriate. Greg’s appellate practice has included favorable outcomes in New York’s First, Second and Third Appellate Departments, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Greg currently is a member of Platinum Team, focusing on premises liability and general tort claims.
Greg obtained his dual Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University, his Master of Fine Arts from Sarah Lawrence College, and his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. He is admitted in all New York State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
