Eric obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Philosophy. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
Eric began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where he conducted 10 felony jury trials to verdict and participated in several long-term narcotics conspiracy investigations. He then switched his focus to personal injury and medical malpractice, obtaining many six and seven-figure trial verdicts and settlements in various jurisdictions throughout the New York City area. He has been selected by “The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100”. He is also admitted in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Eric’s practice now focuses exclusively on representing construction workers who suffer catastrophic injuries in the course of their duties on the job site. Eric is passionate about fighting for justice on behalf of hard-working New Yorkers who have suffered life-changing injuries due to the negligence of others.
