Courtney F. Kane represents plaintiffs in construction accident cases involving catastrophic injuries, and in matters involving the violation of individual’s civil rights. Prior to joining the firm, Courtney worked as an Appellate Litigation Associate at a defense firm in New York City where she focused her work on Labor Law claims, insurance coverage litigation, toxic tort claims, and federal civil rights litigation.
During her tenure at Fordham Law, Courtney was a competitor and a trial competition board editor of the Fordham Law Trial Advocacy Competition Team. Ms. Kane is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts in Federal Court 2nd Circuit.
