Contact CharlemagneCharlemagne Yawn was born in Columbus, Ohio and moved to New York City in 2012 to begin his legal career. Prior to being barred, Mr. Yawn worked as legal support staff at the Law Office of David Wims handling labor and employment. He then worked for Linebarger, Goggan Blair and Sampson handling debt and credit collections.
Mr. Yawn has practiced in the workers’ compensation arena since 2017 and is well-versed in New York State workers’ compensation law as a result. His expertise ranges from initial intake and filing of the claim, litigation of the claim and final resolution through the hearing process or via settlement.
In his downtime, Mr. Yawn enjoys spending time with his son and family. As a History Major, he is an avid museum enthusiast. He also enjoys watching sports such as basketball and football.
