Boris Grushko is an attorney at Liakas Law, P.C., where he represents individuals in complex personal injury matters, including construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and other negligence claims. His military service has shaped a disciplined and highly prepared approach to litigation and advocacy.
Prior to joining Liakas Law, Boris gained experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. His experience includes motion practice, appellate briefing, discovery, depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Before entering the legal profession, Boris served honorably in the United States Marine Corps with an infantry battalion at Camp Pendleton, California. His military service was recognized through multiple commendations, service medals, and marksmanship qualifications.
Boris earned his Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pace University’s Dyson College of Arts and Sciences in New York City. Boris speaks Russian and Ukrainian and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
