Ewelina Sierzputowska, Esq. is a personal injury attorney dedicated to representing clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Ms. Sierzputowska was born and raised in Poland and moved to the United States as a teenager. She earned her J.D. from New York Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

As the only attorney at the firm who is fluent in both Polish and English, Ewelina is deeply committed to serving the Polish-speaking community in New York, ensuring that linguistic barriers do not prevent her clients from receiving the justice and compensation they deserve.

Within the firm Ewelina works with each team, specializing in handling a wide variety of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls construction accidents and Workers’ Compensation.

Ms. Sierzputowska’s bilingual ability allows her to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and advocate for their rights, which is crucial in the first, post-accident stages, providing clients’ comfort and dispelling their fears and doubts.
